Not really a relevent question. Ogg has a 'granulepos' field, but its 
interpretation is up to the underlying codec. An actual timestamp would 
probably be a better idea for variable frame rate data than the 
recommended frame number.

No. And for example, mng is (can be) variable frame rate.
