Ah, and a follow up: the plan is to release 1.0 final in the next week
if no problems are detected.

Also, for those wondering, the famous Thusnelda branch, which will
improve Theora's encoder quality even further, will become Theora 1.1
according to discussions in the past Theora Roadmap Meeting.
