need your assistance, please

Dear Polycom users:

My name is Masami Kikuchi (http://www.onlineworkshop.net/).
I am preparing Polycom iPower 600 for realizing the cultural programme
between Beijing and Tokyo, scheduled on Saturday, 29th January (Japan and
China Time:  http://www.onlineworkshop.net/pamf/pamf.pdf), using the bonded
ISDN at 384kbps.

The problem is that:
I have three ISDN lines, 03-3655-****; 03-5678-****; and 03-5678-XXXX, and
they work okay within the border of Japan with the test calls at 128kbps
respectively.
However, to call Beijing at 001-010-10-86-****-****, only one of my ISDN
lines could connect and be visible/communicable with Beijing; the other two
lines were inactive.
Is anyone out there knowledgeable about such a phenomenon and trouble?

I would appreciate your urgent possible assitance.
This is very valuable for everybody on the list.
