Dear Paul,

Thank you very much for your advice and specs.
Since this event and online programme is my self-funded one, I cannot go any
further to ask for the assistance from Polycom Beijing, because it will cost
more and take more energy of others than myself.
I already have cooperation and collaboration from Polycom Japan, Polycom
Beijing, and some other friends of mine in Tokyo and in Beijing.
I will try this ISDN headache issues as soon as I get funded for this
cultural programme and others.
Are there any possible funding resources, I wonder?

BTW, I once visited Florida to have an online educational programme with
Broward County Board of Education (BECON), and Dr. Al Mizel at NOVA. If ever
you are familiar with them, please say hello for me.
