Assistance needed for NEW Video Conference Room

I am the regional project manager for a Healthcare group in So. Cal.=20
I have been tasked with putting together an executive Video=20
Conferencing system for our execs. I have done a few in the past=20
smaller, portable. But nothing on this scale. I need to know what=20
things I should consider for Preparing a Scope of Work. I have a few=20
items listed, but I'm not sure if I'm covering everything.

Scope of work for Video Conferencing

The room is described as a rectangular room  approximately 17 x 35.=20
The requirements are:
=95	Capability to interface A/V connectivity (6).
=95	Capability to interface DB15 computer connectivity (2).
=95	Capability to interface Network connectivity (1).
=95	Capability video conference system to follow speaker.
=95	Capability to control video session manually/automatically=20
from single control panel
=95	Overhead (?) Projection system to white wall/screen
=95	Whiteboard
Any ADA requirements for room?=20=20
=95	Hearing/vision/mobility impaired=20
=95	closed caption
=95	voice recognition

Lectern or Secretariat=20=20
