Use GMS CDR. Especially if your talking about getting a 3rd party
cdr software... those tend to be expensive and hard to integrate.

Greetings to all who venture to read this.
I am new to the board and have a question I'm hoping
someone can answer about an MGC 25 video Bridge.
My firm is trying to start some sort of cost recovery
tracking to bill our clients for the video time. Does
anyone know of a way we can add fields into the master
template to accomodate this? Or, does anyone have any
ideas on how to accomodate a cost recovery for this.
So far the only thing I have been able to reliably do
is use the remarks field in the master template for
client numbers and pull the history out of the CDR
application. Only problem is the data to the untrained
eye is hard to decifer. Any ideas would be greatly
appreciated. Thanks.

Mark
