Cost Recovery ideas.

being new to the group and also still learning my
MGC25 I am hoping that someone out here has already
tackled this problem. Cost Recovery or billing for
Bridging time. I work in a Legal environment so
Billing is crucial for the Attorney's. Has anyone
gotten any good ideas about cost recovery just using
the MGC25 Manager interface without rewriting the
Accord interface as a specialized application? 
 I'm mostly looking for an easy way to identify
billing codes and #of parties involved in a conference
with something other than the remarks field in the
Manager interface. Thanks, any and all ideas are
appreciated.
