Hi, I have a question about externals that are not found on deken. For example the [boids] external whose code is in the pd extended repo on gitlab [*], and it is not available for the latest macos. What would be an acceptable way get it to deken? I can naturally get it, compile it, and use it. But, I want to know about best practices to making it available to others. Do I just do it myself and "claim" maintenance if the license allows it? do I ask someone else? to whom do I ask? what's the workflow if any? Cheers, f [*]https://gitlab.com/pd-extended/pd-extended/-/tree/a965f14f62be941631f43c1dfbe660a65e488a41/externals/boids — Dr. Federico Cámara Halac Composer / Programmer / Sound Artist https://fdch.ar --- [email protected] - the Pure Data mailinglist https://lists.iem.at/hyperkitty/list/[email protected]/message/GIVMEXYG62NSZD4Y4EE3ZK6HCTDLAKNR/ To unsubscribe send an email to [email protected] mailing list UNSUBSCRIBE and account-management -> https://lists.iem.at/
