2 playlists to mix songs ?

hello XMMS users,

would you know of a plugin (or simply or an intelligent way) to mix two
songs when using XMMS ?

the idea would be like having two instances of XMMS running at the same
time, each with its own playlist, and be able to select next song, and
have it start while the other one is not finished yet. I didn't manage
to have this working so far (however, I can play a song trough mpg123
and another one on top of it through xmms, but it's not really
convenient...)

in brief I'd like to do some SIMPLE DJing through xmms (if the precedent
is working that should not be difficult to add "beat control"
functionnality that may already exist as regular plugins...
