Hi Bastien, dbmix could be used for that purpose. IIRC it also supports mixing desk controls through a game-port. Regards, Svante $ apt-cache search dbmix dbmix - A DJ mixer for digital audio streams. libdbaudiolib0 - Communicate to the DBMix audio system (runtime library). libdbaudiolib0-dev - Communicate to the DBMix audio system (development files). xmms-dbmix - XMMS output interface to the DBMix audio system. $ apt-cache show dbmix xmms-dbmix Package: dbmix Priority: optional Section: sound Installed-Size: 276 Maintainer: Daniel Kobras <[email protected]> Architecture: i386 Version: 0.9.8-2 Depends: libc6 (>= 2.2.5-13), libdbaudiolib0, libglib1.2 (>= 1.2.0), libgtk1.2 (>= 1.2.10-4), xlibs (>> 4.1.0) Suggests: xmms-dbmix Filename: pool/main/d/dbmix/dbmix_0.9.8-2_i386.deb Size: 109390 MD5sum: 179e90367e45dfa4512c977a4ea5a919 Description: A DJ mixer for digital audio streams. The DBMix software collection mimicks a mixing desk as used by disk jockeys. Using only a single sound card, it allows to mix audio streams from a variety of sources, cross-fade between them, adjust the pitches, or punch in short effects. Optionally, a second sound card (or output channel) can be used to cue in songs. This plugin allows to direct XMMS output to DBMix, a DJ mixer for digital audio streams. This way, sound from multiple instances of XMMS can be mixed to a single sound card.
