Nope, that is a standard Microsoft Windows keystroke, but it does not Exit
from my xmms program compiled for and running on FreeBSD 4.7-RELEASE OS.

To exit I must right click (with the mouse) on the XMMS edges and choose
"Exit" from the drop down menu (it doesn't list a keystroke to the right)!
