XMMS 1.2.8-pre1

After a *very* long time, there is finally a new pre-release out.  You can 
grab it from the web page.

For those of you who haven't been folowing the cvs version, new features 
include:

* New ALSA plugin.
* New NetBSD/OpenBSD output plugin.
* The cdaudio plugin supports digital audio extraction, and can now play 
  from more than one drive.
* Ability to queue the next song in the playlist. (use 'q' on the keyboard 
  over the song title)
* New translations: Belarusiani (be), Welch (cy), Macedoniani (mk), and 
  Slovenian (sl)
* The Ogg/Vorbis plugins supports "replay gain" tags.
* Support for multiple effect plugins.

There are also quite a few bug fixes.

As usual, we appreciate all the testing we can get, but testing on 
non-Linux systems is particularly wanted.

If everything goes well, we expect that the real 1.2.8 release is out in 
about two weeks.
