Queue list

Hello,

because of personal interest, I would like to implement a queue list 
window, allowing you to view the current queue (1st step), to delete 
items from the queue (2nd step) and to rearrange the queue (3rd step). 
The list window should be non-modal. As I did not develop anything for 
xmms but some audio plugins, I would like to ask if you could tell me 
some good starting points for implementing this.
