I was looking through the archives earlier and noticed the conversation from last month about the possibility of starting an independent xmms-dev fork to try to keep development on xmms rolling forward. If people have interest in actually working on such a project I'd be glad to arrange hosting for it. I could work on getting something setup here at Oregon State University with the Open Source Lab to host cvs and what ever else would be nessicary. Another option would be to just setup a SourceForge project. I personally don't have a whole lot of time to code/debug xmms, but I'd be happy to do what I can to make the project happen if others are interested in keeping the xmms code base alive. -- Michael Marineau [email protected] Oregon State University _______________________________________________ xmms-devel mailing list [email protected] http://lists.xmms.org/mailman/listinfo/xmms-devel
