security bulletins affecting mpg123

Hi.   I downloaded xmms-1.2.10 and see in the README that the plugin support 
for MP3 is based on mpg123.
I also notice on the home page fpr mpg123,
    http://www.mpg123.de/
that there are a number of  "serious security problems" affecting the 
current source for mpg123.
including:   CAN-2004-0991   CAN-2004-1284    CAN-2004-0982    patches not 
published.
wondering if anyone here can confirm that xmms-1.2.10 does not suffer from 
any of these.
