xmms 1.2.10 and alsa 1.0.8, oss compatability works fine, alsa doesn't...

xmms:
./configure \
  --host=i586-trustix-linux-gnu \
  --prefix=/usr \
  --sysconfdir=/etc \
  --datadir=/usr/share \
  --includedir=/usr/include \
  --mandir=/usr/share/man \
  --enable-shared \
  --with-x

alsa plugin gets built, get the standard popup (make sure nothing is
blocking..) when attempting playback

I have never seen xmms' alsa-support work :/

soundcard is an emu10k1 (Live!)
