with the number of new modules, that have pseudo clients that join channels,
wouldn't it be better to not have LimitServ join the channels, and just have
it manage the limit settings from outside the channels? Otherwise there
could end up being (with just the current SVN modules) 8 Pseudo Clients in a
single channel.
