[NeoStats-Devel] 3.0 warning frenzy

Depending on your compiler 3.0 may generate a lot of warnings of the nature
of "incompatible pointer type". 

Please do not email me or the list to complain about these, I do know about
them. They are due to a work in progress throughout the source and will be
fixed pretty soon. They have no effect on run time operation of NeoStats or
modules.
