The scrolling of pages hangs when you try dragging an image over several pages.

------Good-------
Happens less often when using a separate usb mouse.
------Bad--------
Happens all the time on a mousepad.

------Description-----
When dragging an image across pages the scrolling hangs and just flies through
all the pages of the document. You must reach the quickest page scrolling speed
for this to happen. This happens easier on a mouse-pad because they have edge
acceleration. To reach maximum scrolling speed you have to drag the image to
the very top or bottom of the OO window.

This is a serious hang of the system since it can't be aborted. Imagine having
hundreds of pages. -Hi guys coffee brake, see you in 5minutes!
I don't see an easy fix as using Ctrl X and Ctrl V since this does not let you
place the image in a precise manner at the new location. Who does not drag n
Drop these days!?

-------Steps to Reproduce-----
*Click an image drag it to top most or bottom most screen so the pages
accelerate the fastest.
*Let go off mouse button - congrats or scrolling hands free Yeah awesome...
NOT.

------Video-----
See this Youtube clip i uploaded:

----Actual Results-----
Scrolling hangs and you can't abort it until scrolling has reached either the
start or finish of the document. Tried Esc, clicking mouse and everything.

----Expected Results----
Scroll should stop as soon as the mouse button is released, or deaccelerate
pretty fast within 1 page.
