Expected document

Summary:
When opening a DOCX document with drawn lines, the lines do not show up
properly in OpenOffice.

Details:
A single page DOCX document is created in Microsoft Office Word with two drawn
lines, one from the top-left to the bottom-right, the other from the top-right
to the bottom-left, and some text is added at the top of the page. When opening
this document in OpenOffice, only the first line is drawn, and the text is put
after the line, on a second page. According to the version of OpenOffice, no
line may appear.

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create the document as described above using Microsoft Office Word 2007 SP2.
2. Save the document.
3. Open the document with any version of OpenOffice 3: reproduced with
OpenOffice 3.1.1 under Windows  NeoOffice 3.1.2 patch 8 for Mac OS X and both
OpenOffice 3.1 and OpenOffice 3.3 on Linux CentOS 5.5. Note the resulting
document is slightly different according to the version of OpenOffice, but it
never displays the document as is was originally created.
