Two screenshots showing working (3.2.0) and broken (latest)

This is confirmed as working fine in 3.2.0, and now is broken.
This may work OK in alternative readers such as Foxit, however this must work
for the great majority who use Adobe.
See the attachment for screenshots of 3.2.0 (working) and the latest (broken)

this is broken in both libreoffice and OpenOffice indicating that the bug was
introduced before the fork.
