RE: How do I make the scrollbar form control apply to a text input field

Thanks so much.  That was very simple.  Could I have found this in the help
file?  I searched under scrollbars and got the link for the external
scrollbar but nothing mentioning the internal text field scroll bar.

The scrollbar doesn't have a value in itself, when placed in a text
document. You could assing a macro to it's scroll event, and then do there
whatever you want.

However, if it's only about scrolling a text field: Just open the property
browser for the text field, and change the "Scrollbars"
property to e.g. "Vertical", to use the built-in scrollbars.
