Russian: 3 l10n fixes before release. Is it possible?

Hi,

Is it possible to integrate 3 small fixes in Russian l10n before 3.3 release?

They are

1) remove tilde in Styles combo on Formatting toolbox

They are also integrated in Pootle for next releases, but Pootle has
forward version now.
