m104, and Accessing 3.3 Translation

Dear all,

    Hi.  This is imacat from Taiwan.  We are a new team for the zh-tw
translation and are a little late with the 3.4 discussion. ^^;

    I have a few questions:

1. I saw you suggest translation with m103, but there is already
DEV300_m104.sdf.bz2.  Should I work with m103 or m104?

2. Where can I get the previous 3.3 zh-tw sdf translation?
