0) Given:
a) system with Windows 7 Home Extended Russian x86_64,
b)
OOo-Dev_DEV300m106_Win_x86_install_en-US.exe
OOo-Dev_DEV300m106_Win_x86_langpack_de.exe
OOo-Dev_DEV300m106_Win_x86_langpack_fr.exe
OOo-Dev_DEV300m106_Win_x86_langpack_ru.exe
from http://download.services.openoffice.org/files/extended/developer/DEV300m106/


1.a) Install OOo-Dev_DEV300m106_Win_x86_install_en-US.exe bundle

1.b) Start Writer, Press Ctrl+P
At this step I see Print dialog. Please note
- vertical size of Printer listbox;
- "Range and copies" section has left column of options: "All
pages"/"Pages" [num]/"Selection" radiobuttons and "Print in reverse
page order" checkbox;
- bottom "Print" section with "Comments" drop-down.

Red rectangles shows these items in attached print-m105-en.png.

1.c) Close Writer, disable and close Quick Start.


2. Install language packs
OOo-Dev_DEV300m106_Win_x86_langpack_ru.exe
OOo-Dev_DEV300m106_Win_x86_langpack_de.exe
OOo-Dev_DEV300m106_Win_x86_langpack_fr.exe


3.a) Start Writer.

3.b) Switch language of user interface to Russian:
select Tools - Options - Language Settings - Languages, switch
language of  user interface to Russian in corresponding dropdown box,
click Ok, click Ok in info message box.

3.c) Close Writer and start it again.

3.d) Press Ctrl+P
At this step I see Print dialog. Please note
- vertical size of Printer listbox is greater than in English;
- "Range and copies" section has no left column of options: "All
pages"/"Pages" [num]/"Selection" radiobuttons and "Print in reverse
page order" checkbox;
- there is no bottom "Print" section with "Comments" drop-down.

4) Repeat steps (3.b)-(3.d) for German and French.

Please, see attached print-m105-de.png, print-m105-fr.png.

I doesn't speak about "Print dialog" itself, but about potential
defects in build process. As for me, there is something wrong in build
process if incomplete l10n breaks functionality of application instead
of fallback untranslated items to source language (English).

Moreover, same glitches present in ru/de/fr localizations, so it may
be not an accident but the regularity.
