you can find some information which has been updated after we moved to

If you want to take advantage of the advantages of the tmx file format 
to reuse previous translations (TM functionality) you need to work off 
line. You'll need to convert the po files to tmx, then upload the tmx 
files to your translation editor before starting translation.
