I have asked on forum if a solution/clean workaround for 
CFLocaleCreateCanonicalLocaleIdentifierFromString replacement in 10.2 
does exist. Sure a lot of applications Jaguar and Panther compatible 
should have this fix inside.

10.2 port is not urgent, this is experimental build. Waiting, I have no 
idea about how many Jaguar's Users are neither.

Yes, sure : the launcher.

We can lower the priority issue.  As soon as we find a solution, then we 
will fix it.
