dmake issue

Hi,
I thought I sent this yesterday, but I don't see it on the
list. Building with cygwin on XP 2000 Pro, I'm running into
difficulties building dmake when I run ./bootstrap

I get a message that dmake.exe is not found.

I am in tcsh from the cygwin console right after running
./configure

Any thoughts?
