[website-dev] PING Clayton - Notification / checkpoint save problem

You can see the problem in the forwarded WikiAdmin message: *all* the 
URLs have extra "&action=edit&preview=yes" on them. This may be 
happening on a checkpoint save of some kind. Would you look into it? - -/tj/
