Problems with german vowels in PocketPC-Format

Hello,

in the version OOo1.9m107 there is always a problem with the german 
vowels (Ä,ä,Ö,ö;Ü,ü,ß) in the export to PocketPC-Format. None of 
this characters are displayed correct.
I looked with the midnight commander in the psw-file. There are the 
characters visible. In OOo-Writer they are displayed as rectangle.
I don't know, wether this is also in other languages with special 
characters (France, Spanish). If it is so, I think this problem had 
to be fixed for OOo2.0.
