[OOo-Hebrew] problems with calc hebrew interface

Hello all:
I'm using Fedora Core 6 with the Fedora supplied hebrew interface. I've
come across some bugs in calc:

1- The list of functions appears with names in German.
2- When formatting cell borders, there's an option to set the spacing
between the cell contents and borders. The default in the hebrew
interface is about 8.8 mm. (almost a centimeter) on each side.
*Everytime I make a change* to the cell borders, the spacing pops back
to the default, and the cells become very large - taking the whole row
and column with them, of course. I go back into cell formating, and
return the spacing to some small number, and all's well, till next
change....
3- The page formatting window allows for setting paper size. If the OOo
unit size is anything other than inches, you can NOT choose any page
size other than 119 cm. (!). If I go into options
(Tools->Options->OpenOffice.org Calc->General) and choose units in
inches, then I can set any size paper.

Again, this is not the openoffice.org.il version, but rather the Fedora
hebrew interface. My question is can I fix these annoyances (with some
xml trickery or whatever). Are these bugs absent in the TKOS release?

Thanks,
Micha
