Hi Micha,

In Tkos 2.2 OOo, you can read files with names in UTF-8 encoding. Set 
the OO_LOCALE environment variable to "he_ILutf8" and then start OOo (in 
a process which uses that environment).

If you want to duplicate the behavior on other versions of OOo, take a 
look at the "soffice" startup script, and modify your soffice script 
accordingly.
