[OOo-Hebrew] Hebew patch-set

Hi, guys!

I've started to look for list of hebew related issues that are not in
official tree yet (in order to apply them to vanila 2.0.4 I use). And
I've not found a single source of such information. After searching in
release notes, mailing list, etc. After 4 patches, I've understood
that I'm getting lost :)

Here is what I'm proposing:
1. We have official OOo releases
2. For each of them we shall maintain "hebew patch set" against
corresponding official source tree.

This will ease for distribution maintainers (like me) to keep track of
OOo hebrew-related bugs.

May be openoffice.org.il admins can setup wiki, so me and other can
start to implement this patches-set list?
