Hi Hai,
You can get the information on the patches from IssueZilla (IZ). We do not 
have the budget to maintain a wiki of this information. It's all we can do 
just to develop the patches and submit them to OpenOffice.org. In any 
event, all of the code that we develop gets into the released code base 
within a minor version or two.
