I feel this is the best to do. We have speak about this issue on the 
dev@fr list, because one of our member is an expert of IP and have work 
in several different countries.

 From what Alex (our member) said the solution proposed by David could 
be one, but on the other hand, Sun would have the obligation to inform 
Sales US Dpt of a secondary transfer of technology.
