That would sound good if the number of versions that would be affected
by that new hack was smaller than the ones benefiting from it. I
actually don't really know, as your proposal is pretty much similar to
the one Eike proposed. It's almost like wondering if a glass is half
full or half empty ;-) ... Let's see what Eike thinks about your
proposal and move on from there.
