[native-lang] Oriya rendering issues in ICU fixed

Hello,
  I am glad to report that the remaining Oriya rendering issues have
been fixed in ICU 3.4beta. Please see the ICU bug report at
http://www.jtcsv.com/cgibin/icu-bugs/incoming?id=4606 for details.
The changes turned out to be quite minor, and backporting to version
3.2 is trivial, and I an considering backporting to 2.6, so that Oriya
rendering can work with the present version of OpenOffice. Can someone
confirm that it is indeed ICU 2.6 (and not 2.6.1 or 2.6.2, both of
which are available from the IBM site) that OpenOffice 1.9x/2.0 uses?
