[native-lang] Proposal for Swedish OO.org native-language project

Hi all,


I would like to propose a native-lang project for the Swedish language.
I have met a great demand for OpenOffice, but due to the lack of an
active forum for a Swedish community, users are choosing not try it.
This is something that i would like to change by creating a
native-language level 2 project for Swedish. Currently, the localization
is done by Sun, so what would be needed is a level 2 project to build an
active community with support, coordination, marketing and QA for Swedish.
