Thank you for your proposal. This is indeed a much-awaited proposal,
since Swedish was the only localization made by Sun that still hadn't a
native-lang community, and also one of the now very few European
languages who do not have such a community. 
Could you please tell us:
-the iso code for the Swedish language (2 letters)
-your OOo username.
I will file the issue accordingly.
FYI I have put Andreas EK, a swedish contributor who had long planned to
build a swedish NL community in copy. I'm sure he will be interested to
join you in this effort.
