[native-lang] Agenda for the joint NLC/L10N meeting

Hello,

We will thus have a joint NLC/L10N meeting on the 3rd of November.  
Time has not been exactly confirmed at this stage, but we might very  
well have at 17:30 local time on the 3rd.
Rafaella, Eike and I have laid out an agenda draft which you are free  
to add to:

- Existing issues in localization techniques
- Discussion on improvements in projects and local communities the OOo  
project and teams could help with (how do you feel your project is  
doing? Can we help?)
- Fostering collaboration between projects and teams in L10N and NLC  
contexts
- Other questions.
