[native-lang] NLC/L10N meeting agenda

Hello everyone,

Based on everyone's feedback here's the agenda for our meeting on
Tuesday:

- Existing issues in localization techniques
- Discussion on improvements in projects and local communities the OOo 
project and teams could help with (how do you feel your project is 
doing? Can we help?)
- Fostering collaboration between projects and teams in L10N and NLC 
contexts
- better processes for logos and icons design and selection
- idle projects management and survival.
