[native-lang] Possible delay Tuesday

Hello everyone again,

After carefully checking my travel details I realize that I may arrive
at the NLC/L10N meeting a bit late, although everything should be fine. 

In this case, as the schedule tends to be a bit packed for the
afternoon, I suggest that Rafaella takes the lead on the meeting.
