If you have tried these steps, and they don't work, please email the list (not me personally) explaining what you tried so far, which part did not work, and any error messages you receive. There are sometimes problems, and others here are usually able to help get around them. I don't have much expertise of the way the mailing list works so cannot help much more myself.
