Nominating issue 115512 as 3.3.0 stopper

Hi,

I would like to nominate issue 115512 as stopper for 3.3 release : in
Calc incompatibility between "precision as shown" and "limit decimals
for general number format".
It is a regression to OOo 3.2.1
