Yes, but simply because users often don't know the OOo <-> URE connection and
just don't downgrade that :)

Yes.

(It doesn't matter whether it's Debian-bundled or not, if someone installed
openoffice.org-ure 3.3 on a OOo 3.2.1 this would have been the same issue)
