* Bug# 3904 - Signing Mails with PGP or S/MIME was not possible
               in AgentTicketEmail. No sign option was available.

               the tickets priority had been disabled.

               were not "clickable" when using thunderbird as E-Mail
               client.

               impossible within the rich text mode.

               PostgreSQL as database backend.

               when the tickets owner wass changed.

               sent when a responsible person was changed.

* Bug# 4027 - RichText: Incoming E-Mails written with MS Outlook
               and MS Word as rich text editor seemed to be empty.
               The written message was shown incomplete in the
               ticket zoom view.

* Bug# 4026 - Quote in Auto-Responses of new tickets which were
               created over the web interface were not plain text
               (HTML got quoted). Quote in Auto-Responses based
               on E-Mails were working fine.
