R: OTRS and NAV

Into MS Dynamcs i have set the data about customer and license's situation (we sell software with some level of license, and with some level of support). I  must interrogate CRM to bring these information into the ticket compilation.

Well, the same question for you, HOW do you want to integrate the two.
I know setups where OTRS uses customer data from Navision as a data source. Or are you looking for something else?
