Re: How can I setup a dev environment for OTRS?

The minimal IDE for Pel on WIndows is ECLIPS  whit plugin EPIC.
But the features are minimal compared to C # and Java in any case it is 
possible with a series of best pactice ,available on the network, debug 
the perl module
