Re: How can I setup a dev environment for OTRS?

10x. I'll try using the EPIC plugin.

So far I've installed Padre (the DWIM Perl for Windows combo) and haven't
managed to open/edit the sources in any way more meaningful than what I
could already accomplish in Notepad++.
