otrs ticket get via soap

Hei guys! Last week I updated OTRS to version 3.1.10. I' m using the web service ticket get. The problem is: I have OTRS in a virtual machine(CentOS) and I access it via web interface http://<my vm ip>/otrs/index.pl <http://192.168.20.194/otrs/index.pl> from my pc and it works fine.. But after I call the web service ticket get as I used to do, it seems that something has crashed... I can' t access OTRS via web interface anymore because a timeout is error is showed like OTRS is down. But if I access from my virtual machine using localhost it works... If I turn off my vm and turn on again.. it start woks again... until I call the ticket get service... Does anybody know something about that? Could be a bug?
